We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  • Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery
  • Perishable items (like fresh food) are non-returnable, unless damaged or spoiled upon arrival
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@organicaliment.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Product name
    • Reason for return (with photo if damaged or incorrect)

2. Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours

3. If approved, we will guide you through the return shipping process

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (SSLCommerz, bKash, etc.)
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is completed

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or expired at the time of delivery. If you need to exchange an item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
